About Castle Key

We welcome you to the Castle Key, the seafood & steak restaurant opened by Johnpaul Davies in collaboration with  manager Bob Saring and chef James Snyder.  Located in the historic Manresa Castle in Port Townsend Washington the Castle Key provides a leisurely dining experience to be shared with friends and family. Inside, you’ll find the décor to be comfortable and elegant with rich colors, handcrafted woodwork, high ceilings, and an array of local Port Townsend artworks on display.   Our lounge offers a relaxed atmosphere with an extensive inventory of top quality liquors and a creative menu of signature cocktails.  It is a great place to get together with a small gathering of friends to catch up and share life's experiences.

On Saturday nights we feature Live Jazz bringing in great jazz artists from around the Puget Sound region and beyond.  The Castle Key comes to life as an intimate and acoustically pristine venue in which to dine with  friends and enjoy great jazz.
